Gregg is a Paramedic, Emergency Nurse and a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 40 years of direct healthcare experience. Over the last few years Gregg has become concerned regarding the effect of stress and anxiety in the general population, particularly among first responders and healthcare workers. As a clinical and transpersonal hypnotherapist he has learned important techniques to help heal your inner mind.
