A $50.00 downpayment for the session must be paid before your appointment is confirmed. 48 hour notice for cancellation for return of deposit if you choose to cancel. All hypnotherapy sessions that involve a medical condition must have a physician or a nurse practitioner referral. A referral from a medical provider implies that Brighto Hypnotherapy has permission to speak to the referring person specifically about the issue. HIPPA compliance all the time  I am a Certified Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist and a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. I use my extensive training and skills to help clients create the change they desire by utilizing both the conscious and the subconscious mind. I am not a mental health practitioner, and when I perform hypnosis I am not acting on behalf of my FNP license. I am not a mental health counselor. If needed, I can provide resources or referrals to an appropriate mental health professional. Hypnotherapy should not replace your mental or health care services. Hypnotherapy is not the practice of medicine, psychiatry, or psychology. If you are experiencing any mental or physical health issues, please contact your physician or provider. I do not work with any diagnosable medical conditions without supervision or referral from the appropriate licensed practitioner of the healing arts, per Florida Statues Section 485.
